The -10 draft addresses a few concerns the IESG had. It also fixes a few
minor typographical bits, like putting the references in order and such.
The only actual change of any significance is the addition of a couple
of sentences giving examples of why one might *not* use DNS SRV records,
even tho one SHOULD. Basically, because it's a network maintenance and
security protocol, and because it might run on machines with very little
computing power.
I also removed "changes since previous version" and clarified that the
IANA needs to assign URLs and did minor clean-ups like that.
