Hello Alejo, This one did. :-) I had set my return-address to the address of the list. Your other emails have also made it. All have been taken as input by Jon and John who are editing the ID. They make sense. The Editor's job is to get all inputs and figure out how to place them into the ID so that they represent the consensus of the Working Group and can be implemented.
I appreciate your inputs. The IESG looks to make sure that there is sufficient discussion of an ID before they accept it to become an RFC. Please keep posting. As far as the previous email about the ID on Solaris, that wasn't considered for syslog-syslog as that only documented what has historically been seen on the wire. I'm pretty sure that was not considered for syslog-reliable either. Thanks, Chris [Replying to this will go to the list.] [Please use [EMAIL PROTECTED] to ] [reply to me separately. ] At 10:40 AM 10/26/2001 -0300, you wrote: >Hi Chris, > >Are my emails reaching the list? > >If they do... am I talking nonsense, >redundant, stupidity, didn't properly >rtfm, etc? > >Being quite curious about it... > >Alejo > >-- >Alejo Sanchez - Developer mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >Core SDI S.A. http://www.alejo.com.ar
