Well, I know they're not the same.  However, come to think of it, if
there is an 800k 7.1 Disk Tools floppy, it might not really need a
special version of 6.0.7 if you assume that everyone who could use the
1.4MB version would in fact use it.  There probably aren't any Macs that
came with 800k floppy drives that would not be able to boot from a disk
with System 6 on it.  Apple may have thought they were safe in putting a
standard 6.0.7 system on the 800k versions of 7.0 and 7.1.

Let us know what you find out, though, if you do try using the 7.x Disk
Tools 6.0.7 on some Mac that isn't supposed to be able to run System 6.
System 6 would really be ideal for old PowerBooks if only it could be
made to work.
