You can find MacTCP and Config PPP on my site at:

The minimal requirement seems to be 2 megs of RAM.
For browsers, you will be limited to MacWWW. For email, try Eudora 1.3.1.
Also, try an early version of Fetch for FTP. You will also be able to use
Telnet.
