I have been unsubscribed for over a year but I am now back on line (on a peecee).
I had to move house and one of the agreements with my wife was all the Macs had to go, which was hard to do but I gave them to people who said they would look after them. Anyway, about a week ago I was given a box containing over 500 floppies, mostly 400k and 800k which was the excuse I needed to get the Classic I had secretly hidden in a box under my bed. (and the 2 gig external HD with all my old files on it) I am slowly working my way through the pile of disks and it seems that about 50% are American English, 45% British English and the rest are French. Most versions of system software from 0.1 to 6.0.7 are represented including British versions of System 5 and 6.0.2. There are copies of most of the popular applications, word excel etc as well as some others that I have never used - basic, reflex and some other strange things. Most of them are copies but there are some original boot disks, British and French Mac Plus, Guided Tour, Hypercard etc. So if there are any System 6 users in the UK who would like any of these, just let me know.
