I'm writing some new system 6 software right now. I have a copy of think pascal 2, and I'm going to town! I am reviewin the system 6 API, and there are going to be some neat apps soon.... we shall see just how dead we are!
What are you working on? Yesterday, I was fiddling around with Quickdraw and clipping regions. I made a stupid little demo program that switched a window's background pattern every 12th of a second randomly, while maintaining a centered white area to display a random icon (out of a selection of 5). You can drag the window around, and soon I'll add scrollbars and figure out how to add a grow box.
Just trying out the quirks of the toolbox; I have a head start with offscreen graphics that now work. Next is masked animation.
