Does anyone have a SE/30 running System 6 with 32MB RAM? What is needed to make System 6 recognise all of the memory?

Optima/32. Unfortunately, you loose the ability to run Multifinder. So if you are hoping to access the full 32 MB to run more software concurrently, you are out of luck. If you are doing so because you want to run one memory hungry application, then you are set. As far as I know, there are no 32-bit clean replacements for the Multifinder.

Isn't it called "System 7"? :(

What version of MacHTTP runs on System 6 and where can I download it?

The place to go for info about MacHTTP is, believe it or not, http://www.machttp.org/

From their FAQ:

"You must have a Mac capable of running System 7.5 or later. You need to have at least 4 megs of free memory for the server to execute. MacHTTP is compatible with 680x0 and PowerPC based Macs."

Presumably they meant to state that not only do you need a Mac capable of running 7.5, but that the Mac in question probably also has to actually be running 7.5.
