build: remove -fno-strict-aliasing from CFLAGS -fno-strict-aliasing can hide bugs. "20/23:51 < mezcalero> well, some classic C library that has a callback which gives you a pointer to something that you need to cast". I have not seen such function, and compiling with -fstrict-aliasing enabled also does not throw any new warnings. So if there is such function use, let's hear the bug reports. --- configure.ac | 1 - 1 files changed, 0 insertions(+), 1 deletions(-) diff --git a/configure.ac b/configure.ac index 596a32a..e7ca8df 100644 --- a/configure.ac +++ b/configure.ac @@ -104,7 +104,6 @@ CC_CHECK_CFLAGS_APPEND([ \ -ffast-math \ -fno-common \ -fdiagnostics-show-option \ - -fno-strict-aliasing \ -fvisibility=hidden \ -ffunction-sections \ -fdata-sections \ -- # Created with git-export-patch _______________________________________________ systemd-devel mailing list systemd-devel@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/systemd-devel
