No. "systemd-journald.conf" has been renamed to "journald.conf". We
simply dropped the prefix of this, since it was implied by the
configuration path ("/etc/systemd"), and since it never is visible
outside (unlike the names of the binaries in /usr/lib/systemd, which
will show up in ps as comm field of the processes).
