Maybe, but from what I can tell, systemctl is just waiting on a message
from the systemd daemon, and systemd daemon doesn't seem to actually be
hung.
I used yum to remove plymouth from the system and it still shows the same
issue.
I did a clean F19 install (and yum update) on a 64-bit mobile i7 system, and it
has the same issue. So, it's at least somewhat reproducible.
