When --enable-compat-libs is used, and rootlibdir != libdir,
libsystemd-{login,id128,daemon}.so.* (versioned libraries) get installed
in rootlibdir, but libsystemd-daemon.so.* remains in libdir. Either
don't move any or move them all, simple as that.
