-1 on this because it moves in the opposite direction of namespace clarity. systemd should not use both more verbose, namespaced versions of kernel options and abbreviated, non-namespaced versions of the same. At least do sd.dbg or similar; we already use "sd" as a namespace prefix elsewhere.
