So far units are immediately GC'ed when they aren't running or otherwise referenced anymore. That's really a behaviour I'd like to retain. Hence, let's just make the final argument of StartTransientUnit() do something useful, so that there's one primary unit to create and start, plus any number of additional units that can be referenced by the primary one, but are not started immediately.
