Yes, noroot noroot-locked was actually my intention, sorry. I'll update
the patch.

Maybe all of "noroot noroot-locked no-setuid-fixup
no-setuid-fixup-locked" would be OK, but that probably needs another
look at the programs if they switch UIDs.
