Hi, A French documentation was written about systemd : http://lea-linux.org/documentations/Systemd
Its main scope is the general public. The documentation tends to be as pedagogic as possible. I think that it could be interesting for French speaking users to put a link towards this doc at the official page of systemd (http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/) in the chapter 'Manuals and Documentation for Users and Administrators'.
