Can you copy the committer list from fd.o? Right now it seems the only person that can actually push to systemd-devs/systemd is you (https://github.com/orgs/systemd-devs/people). Or is that on purpose, and all committers should now work in their own branches, and some bot processes pull requests? That's a very interesting model, especially if pulls/merges are gated by build and "make check" at least.
