This is *very* strange. The 'format' parameter should not contain that "%s:%s:%d" prefix at all, as this cannot work of course because the argument list doesn't match. The source file and line are only added to the journal entries via log_dispatch(). Also, "%s:%s:%d" does not appear anywhere in the source tree, and it never did. ("git log -p | grep "%s:%s:%d" | wc -l"). Which version of systemd are you based on?
