CHANGES WITH 224:
* The systemd-efi-boot-generator functionality was merged into
systemd-gpt-auto-generator.
* systemd-networkd now supports Group Policy for vxlan devices. It can
be enabled via the new boolean configuration option called
'GroupPolicyExtension='.
