The wording of your questions isn't clear to me. Do you mean that A and B are socket-activated services, each requiring C? And when you say "the message of A and the message of B," do you mean packets going to the sockets for A and B?
If so, a packet going to A or B will also start C. The requests to start services are processed FIFO by a single thread, so it's effectively one queue.
