[systemd-devel] Q: journal logging and "{xyz}"

Hi!

I just noticed that systemctl kill logs a (mis-named) service "{__SERVICE__}" 
as "\x7b__SERVICE__\x7d.service".
Is that intended? Are braces considered bad?

(systemd-234-24.90.1.x86_64 of SLES15 SP2)
