In ubuntu 18, I am not able to install anything using apt package manager because of atop package.

I executed "ln -s /run/atop.pid /run/atopacctd.pid" to create symlink of atopacctd.pid from atop.pid and then restarted the atopacct.service which fixed the problem. But is this the proper way to solve this issue?
