So, fine it is a symlink to "/run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf", you're 
right.

My question remains technically valid.

So how about I re-write my question as follows:

How do I make /run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf show 127.0.0.54 ?
