How does your server know what domain contains its NTP SRV record? Whatever configures that could load the NTP server name, as well.
Why wouldn't you use DHCP to assign a datacenter server's address?
That's how my Linode VPS gets its address. I guess you could use an
Ansible script, but then you could include the NTP server in that script.
