Troy Douglas, who turned 40 in November, lowered his own M40 world record for 100 at 
the IAAF meet in the Netherlands. Previous record of 10.47 was set at Mexico City 
alttitude. This time he was running at near (or below) sea level into a 2.2 mps (4.92 
mph) wind. Incredible.
