I beg to differ with the first part.  It's actually ironic that the thread
started with a call for MJ to shut up, because Tim is by far the worst out
there at not knowing when to shut his mouth.  He talks himself so far into
a corner, the only way out is to come up with an excuse, which he's quite
adept at piling up ahead of time.  The past year has been one gigantic
mishap for Tim -- completely lacking in direction and apparently not
intelligent enough to realize it -- and it shows glaringly in his
performances.  At the rate he's going, he'll be lucky to make the final in
Athens, let alone be on the medal stand.
