Regina Jacobs: PB of 4:00.46 in 1988 (25) improved to 3:59.98 at the age of 40 Christe Gaines: PB of 10.89 in 1998 (28) improved to 10.86 in 2003 at the age of 33 I live in the neighbourhood of Saarbruecken, where White, Chambers, Gaines etc. trained before the world championships. I know some local athletes and coaches who also train there regularly.
