I'm almost afraid to ask this question - how do you figure they get down to 19.2? 
There may not be a medal for the US but none of these guys is going to run 19.2.

<The only male short sprint in which 2 Americans will be on the stand is the
4x100m.   Maybe the 100m.>

There is probably a greater chance of 2 Americans winning medals in the 200. Any one 
of Heard, Capel or Miller can place in the top 3 and the event seems wide open at this 
point. Greene is the only realistic chance in the 100m at this point.
