That Mo Greene has exactly the same "Frankenstein" physique and build that Ben has (as Jesse Owens called it).
Except that Mo has those huge stretch marks in his pectoral muscles at the shoulder girdle.

I agree that the drugs definitely had a "body building" affect on Ben .. I
guess my question is what role did the physique play in his performance ??
For example, I think most sprinters that train during the winter accumulate
muscle mass through weight training .. However as the season progresses and
one begins to add more speed training and begins to sharpen and peak you
want to lose the mass as it generally slows you down to some degree .. You
want to keep the strength and add to it through other type of training at
this point .. But you want to lose a few pounds of the mass .. So might Ben
have been able to keep his strength even though he loss some of the mass ..
Might the long layoff have made him rusty .. Can anyone name me any sprinter
who has had a 1 or two year layoff that came back immediately as good as
when he left ?? For example, I never expected Ato to challenge Mo for the
gold this year simply because he had lost too much time and it was much to
expect him to come back and be a 9.86 sprinter this year .. And even though
he lost less that a year his PB this year was 9.95 .. Time lost slows you
down .. Most athletes that lose a couple of years in a sport NEVER make it
back to what they were .. So is /was Ben being held to a different standard
because we know he was on something ?? And I hope no one thinks I am a Big
Ben Johnson or drug advocate .. Quite the opposite .. However I am
interested in knowing what the benefits are and are they over estimated ..
