You have to have a muscle before you can stretch it. Heavier weight
hamstring curls.  Get some meat on the bone. The best stretching is
gradually getting up to speed, like 9 minutes of jogging and getting faster.
Running fast is the best stretch. That and jumping over things like sleeping
lions.
