T-and-F readers beware!

I received a couple of e-mails, all with attachment.  I thought that I knew
one of the senders, so I openned it.  Bad decision.  The letters all start
out with something about reviewing a file (not very well written).  Don't
open the file!

I e-mailed a few of the senders and got this reply from one:

The file was sent by a virus, actually a worm which infected my computer two
days ago.  The worm sends out documents as attachments from the infected
hosts 'my documents' folder.  This worm is only activated if you open the
attachment.  If you did open the attachment here is the Norton Utilities site
which has the procedure to get rid of the worm.  Note: I am told this worm
only affects PC's.
