I would like to point out that  the walk record is 10.9% difference which fits 
in as well.  The 100m record in mho is tainted by the wind controversy.  Use 
the next fastest 100m time legal and you get closer to 9%.  My main point is 
that Ivanova's track record in a solo women's race, with out pacers is superior 
to the current women's marathon.   How's that for stirring it up!
