Another USATF officer is the liaison to the Coaches' Education Committee, so
I am not the one to talk about it except to say that there has been a recent
healthy discussion within USATF covering some of the same issues touched
upon in this thread. As Treasurer, however, I can tell you that the program
has never made a profit nor is it intended to do so. Its expenses always far
outrun the fees collected.
