Trouble is that it isn't fast enough nor does it have the range of a KK. They
would have to soup it up.

Exactly. The guy they are profiling in the article bought one because of
..."weekly five-kilometre taxi trips he used to take to Costco...". Better ship
some of these free of charge to the Rift Valley.

Also of note is that the left coast is attempting to regulate them. Typical.
