Wish I had taped our box jumps, repeat up and downs on a 42" box with no gathering, just land and immediatly jump back onto the 42" box, 10 times for 5 sets. 315 clean and 295/3 as well. Both Pr's,and done at a relitivly low bodyweight of 205 lbs. Just so you know, lifting to throw the javelin farther, not lifting to lift more.
