Okay, but still very strange. I haven't had time to look through the
other events, but the "USA" team for the women's vault consisted of
their seventh-ranked vaulter (Lindsay Taylor) and a Canadian (Dana
Ellis). The Russians were their number one (Isinbayeva) and number two
(Polnova)
