No NRS for Armenia, Iraq, Iran?

Dear Uri:

Unfortunately, I don't have women's PV NRs for any of these countries. Just as unfortunately, when I attempt to open the attachment to your message that might have given some NRs for those countries, I get an error screen saying, "The action could not be completed because it can't convert file with Chinese file name."

Sleeping in my files, I have a possible Iranian record by a U. S. high school student, thought to have dual USA/IRA citizenship, of 3.68m. When I tried to confirm this through her school, I was told that she did not have Iranian citizenship and her parents did not want any further consideration of the matter. That this happened at a time when the Bush administration had decided on a policy of requiring registration of all Iranian immigrants, even those now U. S. citizens, might only have been an interesting coincidence.

I hope that you'll try another format for your attachment. I do appreciate corrections and additions to my lists.

And HEY! I do appreciate any and every post to [EMAIL PROTECTED] From off-list mail, I'm convinced that many, many subscribers to t-and-f@darkwing.uoregon.edu found themselves cut off from access to t-and-f by an unannounced change in the parameters of the uoregon services.

Regards,
Roger
