I've been a subscriber for almost three years. A few weeks ago, I
posted about receiving an unsolicited SMS over and over again, 100s of
times. They stopped. Today, they started again -- rendering my phone
useless, as every time I empty my inbox, it fills up again, and
screams the ear-splitting "BOX IS FULL" tone (which cannot be
silenced, no matter what mode the phone is placed into).

I called t-mobile again and after 15 minutes of talking to "Ron" I was
informed there was nothing they could do for me, AND that I would be
expected to pay for each of the SMSes that go over my monthly allotment.

I wanted to stay with T-Mobile because I liked the company. But if
they can't block SMSes then I'm going to have to head elsewhere.
