As I am traveling, but just called 611 while in Miami, and the 611 menu
has NOT changed. Still push button. I'll find out how Philadelphia is
when I go back tomorrow.

Out of curiosity where are you located?  I'm in Seattle and when I call
611 I have the regular touch-tone menus.

I agree with you that voice response menus do not work well either
outside or in a noisy environment.
