M2M does NOT apply unless you are roaming on actual Native T-Mobile coverage... Not on Roaming partner such as Cingular...
My wife is in another state, in roaming/Cingular, We have Tmo-Tmo on both lines on my account, and I work on native Tmobile network... I get "charged" Tmo-Tmo minutes when I call her, she gets charged bucket minutes for her calls...
