There is a useful number 1-877-606-4801 to reach customer care direct without having to navigate any menus or input any information such as telephone number. This number is very convenient, but you should be advised that if you call this number from your handset it will use plan minutes and if you call during peak calling (rather than nights or weekends) your regular minutes will be used. If you have a surfeit of minutes this may not make any difference to you, but you should be aware that it will deduct from your minutes if you use the direct5 number.
