For the past two weeks I have been unable to access the MyEmail feature of 
tmobile.com. 
The interesting thing is that I can reach the MySettings and MyAlerts tabs of 
t-zones 
(weather, horoscopes, sports, etc) but I can't get to set up a POP email 
account so I can 
check email from my phone.  I have an open ticket with T-Mobile for two weeks 
but all I've 
been getting is the runaround and depending on who I talk, I get a different 
answer. 

I tried setting a pop email account from my phone but I also get an error 
message asking 
me to check my subscription. Im subscribed to the $4.99 t-zones plan. I tried 
dropping t-
zones and adding it again based on a suggestion but that didn't work.


Is this happening to anyone else?
