Keep in mind CS doesn't always get updates on tower maintenance updates and such in a timely manner. Take what they say in this department with a grain of salt. Since a ticket was filed it should get to the right person that was probably working on a tower in your area. Which imho is the most likely cause of your temporary coverage improvement. In my experience you probably wouldn't actually get a call by Thursday, but if you call on Friday you can find out what is being done.

I live in an area, where I never really got that great of Signal. If I wanted to use my phone i always had to go upstairs to use it and I could maybe get a bar or two. but starting on the 1st of the year, I started getting full reception everywhere, not just in certain areas. I was extremly happy!! Then today I go to use my phone and not only is my great signal gone, but it was worst than before. I called T-Mobile and they said that no tower had been added near my home, or no changed had been taken near my area. That there was no service troubles near me either. They filed a ticket and are suppose to get back to me by thursday. Does this make any sense that for four days I get great signal in a place I never did before, and then it all go away? not only go away, but go lower than before? ------------------------ Yahoo!
