If you call in to Customer Care, you might not even have to wait until March to order the phone! Stores have to wait until the 11th month of your contract, but Customer Care can get you the phone at new customer pricing as long as it's been 11+ months since the last time you purchased a phone.

As for your phone if you have had a plan of $39.99 or higher and you've had service for over a year you should be able to get new customer pricing on phones.
