This is one of the good things about an unlocked Cingular or AT&T phone. They
do not hard code these settings, you can switch between them after you add them
depending which sim you might want to use.

If the data settings are hard coded to AT&T Wireless the only thing you
can do is have it flashed with generic firmware. Otherwise I'm afraid
you're stuck with the hard coded settings for AT&T Wireless data :(
