I did the upgrade to 4.0 for my 7100t, and I haven't seen too much differences with the 3.8 version (the previous upgrade I had installed). Follow the instructions on the upgrade website (http://www.t-mobile.com/bbupgrade), they are pretty accurate for a change!
After upgrading, I suddenly saw an annoying "Enterprise Activation" icon show up, making the rest of my icons no longer fit. I am using the BWC, not the BES, and I have no clue what I did wrong. After some research I figured out how to get rid of it: high-light the application, then press the ALT key (left of the * key on the 7100t), then click the thumbwheel. There is a "hide application" menu entry that does the job nicely. Use the same menu's "show all" option to get the icon back, but it also appears in your Tools -> Settings menu. --Ramon On Sun, 6 Feb 2005 09:32:30 -0600, Carrie McKenzie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > A little more info on BlackBerry to add to the below.
