The best way is to use + e.g. send to +447708XXXXXXX To make a + on
Nokia press the * key rapidly twice. On Motorola and Ericsson I
believe you press the 0 key and hold it til it becomes a + character.
International dialing you almost always leave out the initial 0 of the
local area code.
