Just having returned from Raleigh, NC, I was able to use either Cingular
or AT&T that was listed on my phone. I guess they haven't combined the
networks yet. But, I am sure you'll find one or the other there.

Subject: [T-Mobile-US] Outer Banks GSM/GPRS Coverage

Can anyone confirm/deny GSM/GPRS coverage in the Cape Hatteras, NC
area? According to T-Mobile map, they don't have coverage there. Can
I roam using SunCom's GSM/GPRS network? They piggyback on AT&T, which
I guess now part of Cingular.
