If you go to T-Zones on your handset regardless of whether you have a subscription or not, you will still be able to view a minimal WAP platform. They allow pay as you go T-Zones for everyone, to enable you to send picture messages without a subscription on a pay per use basis, to browse downloads and download things for a fee, etc. That may be what you are seeing. However it is also possible that your unsubscribe has not gone through yet. You might call Customer Care to ask.
