Would the MWI go away if you turn off your phone and turn it back on again?

I have read of a few issues in the last week in the NorCal market as you are
experiencing so it appears to be a known problem they are working on.
Initially I have heard nothing but praise of the new system, especially the
quickness of the indicator going on/off. I do believe the Comverse prompts
are a bit slower.

In the end the stuck MWI is a minor issue all carriers who use MWI deal
with. When I was with Sprint I had the problem once as well. Usually
leaving yourself a VM and then checking it will work to clear it. It is a
support issue T-Mobile should be prepared to deal with.
