Someone said in another post that T-Mobile will unlock your phone after about 3 months of service with good payment record, etc. After they unlock it (travel out of country to use local SIM?), do they lock it again when you return or does it stay unlocked? Also, has anyone heard of the 7-Eleven Speak Out phones? I read in CNET (I think)that some of the phones they sell at the 7-11s are unlocked (Nokia 1100 was mentioned). Prices seem interesting rather than going through eBay.
